Elizabeth is a native of Savannah, Georgia, but has lived in Texas for the past twenty years. She began playing guitar at the age of eleven, and within a few years was part of her church's music ministry, as well as playing for various youth groups. Elizabeth recorded her first demo tape of original songs in 1982, and began playing in coffee shops and at parties whenever possible.

For the last ten years, she's been part of the country/folk duo Running Home, and has been thrilled to have their music played all across the United States, as well as on internet stations in The Netherlands, France, and the U.K. She's a voting member of The Recording Academy, and a member of ASCAP.

Elizabeth is married with three children, and loves spin class, hiking, and working in her garden. She's completed four marathons and three triathlons, and recently became SCUBA certified. She's also returned to college to finish her degree....whew!
